Lunch: 300 grams of puree, cooked from potatoes, a cup of tea (green, herbal or black).
Dinner: 250 grams of salad made from boiled potatoes, boiled eggs, with sunflower oil or olive oil, 1 cup of tea (green, herbal or black).
